Phil's Site

I've upgraded this site to the latest version of Drupal.
That means I can experiment with the latest Project types and other Drupal features that are present in 5.1. I also get the chance to use the output of the Drupal projects in the Google Summer of Code 2007. The RCS abstraction tool could be very useful.
